Lists help you send campaigns/automations to many customers all at once

Organizing users by adding them to lists enables merchants to reach out to specific users and drive their marketing ideas. To start off, log into your Contlo Marketing Account and head over to the Audience section in the left navigation bar

Once you are in the Audience Section, go to the Lists tab and Create List.

Add in the List name and select Upload Contacts. In the popup, merchants are allowed to add Contacts using csv import or manually using a defined table structure.

Map the columns present in the csv to appropriate headers shown on the Contlo website. The default template includes two columns for Email as well as SMS registration. Merchants have to fill in these columns at their end for customers to be subscribed to Email/SMS/Push notifications. Once the contacts are imported, you are ready to go and can use this list across all Campaigns and Automations available on Contlo
